Etc under the GMT time zone is that west of Greenwich is positive, east to negative. The reason is that the most of Westerners use Unix originally, then west is positive.
Therefore, assuming that your location is in time zone GMT+8, you have to select Etc/GMT-8 or find out your region/country and select it as your time zone.
