All Transcend Photo Frame support the baseline JPEG format which is the commonest photo format. Only some of the progressive JPEG files will have detection errors.
Please use "Irfanview" image processing software to edit the file format.
1. Open the file and select “save as”
2. Select JPG-LPEG Files
3. When the JPEG/ GIF option pops up, please make sure the "save as progressive JPEG" is not marked.
